Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing) Support the fashion team by organizing, tracking, and returning samples in the fashion closet while maintaining accurate logs and credits. Assist with preparing for shoots by pulling, prepping, and packing wardrobe and accessories for editors and stylists. Contribute short‑form digital content, including fashion news, shopping edits, and trend coverage for Harper’s Bazaar’s website and social platforms. Conduct fashion and market research to support editors with story development, sourcing, and fact‑checking. Provide on‑set and behind‑the‑scenes support for photoshoots and fashion projects as needed. Qualifications (What We’re Looking For) Strong interest in fashion media, styling, and editorial production. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing fashion samples and credits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to contribute short‑form editorial content. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative editorial environment. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from editors, stylists, and creative teams. Comfortable conducting research and supporting editorial development. Hybrid role based in New York, NY, with 4 days per week in‑office. The base salary for this role is $20 per hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
